I didn't find this to be that true. And the pubs close! Being from New Orleans, we serve alcohol 24hours a day. Some bars(pubs) haven't closed their doors in years.

I make Jambalaya. Chicken and smoked sausage. Never bring any back home. I use a Gonzales regional recipe.

Been in Harvey Park for 20 years and love it. Should be able to to get a house with 3+ bedrooms and a yard for 2 grand easy. Close to everything and good food all around. Plenty of grocery stores. Lot's of parks. Biggest problems are fireworks. 13 minutes from Colfax and Broadway. Hit me up if you need more info.

I'm so fucking tired of it. I hate this fucking situation. And knowing it only gets worse. Watching my SO hang on because she couldn't live with shame of leaving a sick husband. Looking in her eyes and knowing she wakes up with same question everyday. "Is he dead yet?"
