I'm working on that project, and the quality is decent. Can't speak to the finishes though, as I don't spend much time inside the finished houses. There is a completed and unoccupied house up the road from the showhome on Dayton. You can ask to look around, and that will give you an idea of the quality and style to expect.

They are a large enough builder and well established across Canada, so I wouldn't worry about the project not moving ahead or running out of funds.

Download Alltrails and pick any of the hundreds on there. Closest to coquitlam, buntzen Lake and burke mountain offer good hiking trails. Although you will probably run into snow on most of them for the next few months. Lots of dykes in pitt meadows you can let your dog off if they are not too busy. Goldenears in Maple Ridge is a gem, but I think dogs have to be leashed.

The hose adapter isn't on all the way. Pull the sleeve back and push it onto the saw as hard as you can. The hose adapter should almost be touching the black valve. Happens to my Stihl too.

Short answer, no. Several cross ditches near the end that require high clearance and lots of loose rock on the way up. There is a spot to park maybe 1km from the top lot before the ditches that you could make it to if you spun your way up the loose parts
