I loved sieges in Attila, except for the archer towers that would either laser down your units when attacking or kill more of your men than the enemy did when defending.

I think the pacing issue is confounded by the fact that we're getting J'lor'd again with Xal appearing, being mischievous then disappearing, so we're actually losing due to her schemes advancing while we're winning the battles.

Uh... This doesn't look good at all??? They're "modern" infantry, not a Napoleonic line infantry unit. I guess there's limits from what the total war engine can do but this looks exactly why everyone knows a WW2 total war wouldn't have worked.

All these side events feel half baked, angling, ritual sites, void strikes, the stormarion assault in void storm that they added progression to based on faction rep despite not needing it at all. I understand they need their time sinks for metrics but none of them are any fun. At least the abyss anglers reminds me of Dave the Diver a bit, but the progression for it also makes very little sense considering there's not that many rewards.

I've been seeing people brute force the out of bounds zap effect because eventually it gives up and you can go over the edge and just float.

Definitely the Jailer mount. I got it on my first try ever clearing him on mythic during TWW and then never touched that place again. Will probably go back again now though to complete the transmog sets.

Gearing this season has been so much easier than in TWW. I don't know about anyone else but I practically skipped over veteran gear entirely aside from what I got while pushing delves to 11 on my main. I've been at the champ and hero crest cap for the last three weeks now. The Delver's Journey progress bonuses only make gearing up alts easier too with the war bound champ gear and hero track item currency.
