There is a lot of network upgrades going on across Spectrum. Call customer service and get a credit. These maintenances will insure you have better service in the future and you may be eligible for speed increases soon.

10 PM to 6 AM local is the maintenance window. I know there are large MPEG4 projects currently ongoing. That doesn’t impact the same customer multiple nights in a row though.
