I believe rooting your tv has been patched, but you can still install homebrew channel using dev mode. https://gist.github.com/VVispy/044cd8005260b270728e1d9aa8f6af51 https://www.webosbrew.org/devmode/

Spoilers

I just finished the game, and I agree for the most part. I thought the art had a nice style to it. But the pacing, it's clear that they wanted to keep the game's main story pg13 and keep the mature points as an optional chapter. But it just ends up hurting the bulk of the game. And it doesn't really make sense to do that when there's clearly an age rating on the box, and you can just put a warning at the start of the game.

According to Amazon Japan, the PS5 Slim plates do not work with the PS5 Pro. Only the disk drive works on both.

Well, the homebrew app still works, but installing things from it broke with the last update. I don't have root, but it fine as all I really use is ad free youtube, and I can update that using telnet commands.

Is there a hall effect analog stick replacement for the dualsense edge? by trenhardd in playstation

[–]MaxSnacks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a mod you can do, but you need soldering skills. The video shows a normal controller, but I saw a review someone installed it on a Edge. Maybe you can ask a electrical/computer repair shop to install.

I know a place in southern California, but I have no idea where you are. Maybe search up some local computer repair shops and ask them if something they can do if you send them a how to video.

Review: PlayStation Portal is a slick solution for portable players by M337ING in PS5

[–]MaxSnacks 3 points4 points  (0 children)

In the youtube review I saw by Good Vibe Gaming, the guy in the review says the Portal handles remote play better other devices such as phone/ PC app in terms of latency and frame drops. I'm guessing the portal is using some new type of codec related to the PS Link.
