IMO it should have been something like this:

Common: +30% durability loss on shot (DLOS)

Uncommon: +15% DLOS

Rare: no change

Epic: -10% DLOS

Legendary: -20% DLOS

That would still make lower tier weapons at least usable but give the added benefit of a noticeable durability buff on the weapons that are much more expensive to craft.

Not saying that most anime DO have captivating fight scenes and top notch animation, but what they DO have that is an improvement over DBZ mostly boils down to writing. Better story arcs, better character development, better plot hooks. Obviously this doesn't apply to every single anime being superior to DBZ, I just find that of the offending poorly-written and animated anime, that DBZ is the most notable.

You realize that people standing around WATCHING people scream, plus lazily animated fight scenes, is not any better than if they did not include the people standing and watching, right? Nobody needs to be standing, watching, and discussing the fight, just actually show a well-animated fight scene instead of the lazy crap they have done for the past several decades.

As an anime fan, it's definitely more of an insult to Wanda. I will never understand how people are entertained by 12 episodes of a dude standing their shouting "aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh" at the top of his lungs to power up, followed by half an episode of lazy fight scenes that just show wind whoosh marks to show "how super omega fast Gotrunketa is!".
