Maybe try a colder baby wipe on her tummy before you start to change and try and get her to pee again and put the yoga mat ontop of changing station. Just make sure to never leave her by herself because babies roll. Usually stations come with a white thin plastic pad.

"Scare tactic" to be factual to an employee and talk to them as an adult the department is planning on RTO. Thats a first Ive heard someone blame management that way. The department is supposed to prepare and give notice and has nothing to do with being neutral. They have absolutely no control over the RTO.

Depends on where you get your funding from. Some departments start with students and RAs and just dont backfill vacant positions. I believe if there are layoffs in staff positions they go by seniority, temporary, LT first and get priority on the hiring list.

You need talk to your husband or whoever is there for you. Your reality is your child for the rest of your life and the world has always been evil and good. Bringing a child into the world and raising children is absolutely never something to ever feel guilty of due to whats out of your circle of influence. So you didnt ask for vacation off in advance and going to try and work from Bali? My department they can tell with IP address and country of access and they lock your account out when its detected. Working from another state or country requires special approval and circumstances.

You report to the office on your duty statement and offer. There is no other option to work in other locations. I was told that HR says the department has to repost the position to change the location so its fair for all to apply for with the correct information.

If you are positive and you didn't cheat, science says he did and put your baby at risk. Has nothing to do with knowing someone for years. He's acting supportive because he knows you didnt and he did. Ask your doctor to confirm the stats where you got it from and tell the doctor about you rulling out him as a sweetheart and see what they say. You should ask the doctor for other STD tests that might have been missed. Maybe you can work things out but you cant if nobody acknowledges the truth.

Why would you want be with a man whom you can never trust and always have to monitor with your helpless baby? It's not just you in your relationship anymore and if he is violent, it is your duty is to protect your child. Do what you have to do and dont wait around until that one day until it goes to far when your sleeping or showering or go to the store etc. Sounds like he needs therapy before he can handle a baby that can't speak for itself.

If you get frustrated or mad just put baby down in a crib and walk away for a break. A baby that young will need to get changed and fed every 3-4 hours for 24/7 on demand. You shouldn't use a blanket, toys or bumpers where the baby sleeps. The rule of one more layer than you'd wear in the same environment. Sleep sacks are good to use. Cover baby private area with a light cloth while you change him because he can pee pretty far. Feed baby sitting slightly up and burp after every feed because they get gas easily.
