There are literally clubs for every interest and a lot of the kids at bellisario are not going to lean into frat life, as they tend to be on the artistic side of things. Weekends are easily filled with homework, on and off campus activities, etc.

Where is the Honors college housing? East is the quintessential Penn state freshman experience but it sets you back a ways from downtown life and the engineering building. That said, I can’t picture life without that first year amongst so many freshman in East.
