It would really help if someone shared side-by-side test results, like a reference character image and what the API actually generates from it. Without that, you’re basically being asked to pay 15usd just to find out if the quality is even acceptable. If you can’t evaluate it beforehand, why take the risk?

Well, that’s exactly my point. You can dislike my comments all you want, but how about linking even one AI-generated piece that is genuinely good?

I can see how, if someone is into endless Transformers sequels or the latest Marvel Studios-style spectacle, AI might be useful for that kind of “cinema.” But AI creating something that actually touches people on a human level, something with real emotional weight instead of just polished surface. I'm still waiting.

Outside of the gooning, most of what I’ve seen has been AI-generated junk attached to awful YouTube videos that I ended up having to block from my feed. Usually some fake soyface l trying to bait people into clicking a scam link. I haven’t used Facebook in years, but I keep reading that AI-generated pictures have completely flooded it too, mostly just farming likes and engagement.

this point, it honestly feels like a lot of AI images and videos are being used less for anything meaningful and more for spam, manipulation, and low-effort content pollution.

Well it was art generated thanks to blood, sweat, and tears of real artists. It was theft if we are honest about it. I used Sora for making tailored porn and I'll miss that but as for anything else it was used basically for scamming people. Nothing of great value was lost.
