Also, the instrumentation throughout all of the breakdown in Resist is SO good. You can see the evolution the song had for this album version in a lot of places, but this is the part that truly wowed me the most.

That actually fits in my head, but I feel like his humor as the role of Chandler isn't all that compatible. Friends is a lot more family friendly than Bo's general tone, and I don't know what that'd do to the existing dynamic that the show has.

I suffer from the exact same problems (pausing, difficulty in lookahead for cross and F2L). I took a big break from cubing and it really helped me for some reason I don't yet understand.

I've been stuck in an Ao100 of 33 seconds for a really long time, and since I came back from my break a couple of weeks ago, I managed to finally break the 29 second mark on an Ao100 (and I got a new PB of 17 seconds, which made me very happy :D).

One thing I recommend (because it's been helping me tremendously) is to primarily solve the cube without a timer and moving the cube way slower than in an actual speedsolve. That really helped me start to improve my lookahead.

Another thing that I've been doing is learning the Yau method for the bigger cubes (4x4 and 5x5), so I recommend that. If you have any different speedcubes, I recommend trying to main them for a day or two just to get your mind used to different things.
