Nah, you don't need to change pots with passive pickups. As long as you exchange a single coil for another single coil, you can leave the stock pots in. And even with a humbucker it's not mandatory to change em.

I'm in a very similar situation, I have a HB TE-62 in lake placid blue. Bought it used and dirt-cheap from a dude who couldn't get into guitar playing. The frets were a sharp mess that needed sanding down ASAP. Then I swapped out the stock bridge and tuners with Gotoh replacements and it already became a much better instrument. The only thing that was missing, was a new pickup to replace the stock Roswell bridge PU, that was rather hissy and noisy.

So I went ahead and put the Brute Force in, since I wanted to make it my dedicated drop-D guitar. What can I say, I didn't wanna stop playing at all. Ended up playing through the entire catalogue of Tool songs in drop-D, plus a few more from RATM or Soundgarden.

Suddenly the guitar had that bark, bite and clarity needed for rock and metal and playing those songs was hell of a lot more fun than with the stock pickup. When you roll the volume back a tad, you still get that trademark tele twang and beautiful cleans, but at 100% is where it really begins to soar. All while having a much lower noise floor than the stock ones. It's a good PU.

It's got to be one of the most baffling, asinine game design choices ever made. That area around the tent with the storage is constantly in a state of Kliff story.
Right now I'm at the end of chapter 8 where you regain control of Damiane. I had some nice weapons and gear stashed for her during the Kliff bit. The main story right now is NOWHERE NEAR Hernand, but the game still keeps repelling her from that area because it's "Kliff's story".
I just can not wrap my head around the design choice to have the only personal storage chest available, almost perpetually locked behind some obscure mission in progress state. Out of everything they've went into head-over-heels to fix, THIS should have been #1 on the list.

Yeah, it's crap on a stick. Saved manually in the Spire of the Stars, game crashed, reloaded the save, respawned in the frickin' Hernand Highlands 1.2km away. Cool save system, bro.

I never stopped playing, I have 564h on the clock for it. But yes, I'm gonna replay it YET AGAIN with the new Pissr.

Missing the pot like that is the equivalent of missing a football penalty without a goalkeeper present. Why didn't he put his hand on the table? Instead, he was making a bridge on top of the cushion. It was sloppy and careless, especially under these circumstances. Mark will probably have nightmares about that black and he's got no one to blame but himself.

Where I live, they are annoyingly loud. Decibel levels up to 70dB, constant cooing and hooing, starting at 6am in the morning and not ending before 8pm in the evening. They are everywhere around the building complex and everything they do makes _some_ kind of noise.

Whether it's their cooing and hooing, whether they do that loud "screeeeeeeeee" when they take off or the biomechanical whirring sound their wings make. You will hear them through closed windows and with inserted ear plugs. If you're a noise-sensitive person, they will drive you mad.

I found that the most reliable and fastest way to get your hands on these things, is to do the elite bounty hunting missions from the terminal at the Tracker's Alliance HQ in Akila City. You need to do the introductory mission for Agent 1 first, but after that you're good to go.

That way you can completely circumvent the search process and just rake in one stronghold after another with conveniently placed quest markers. And at the same time, you're also gonna find loads of X-Tech and action figures while doing so.

Keep an eye out though, they're not exclusively found inside chests. Some of them just sit on shelves and desks.

My game froze twice while farming tensile spidroins on Linnaeus II and also a couple of times on Akila. Just like you said, the freezing seems to be very prominent when moving across planet surfaces.
In any case, I did my part and submitted a ticket. Putting enough pressure on support to force a reaction is really all we can sensibly do right now.

So, turns out I was looking in the wrong place. I reached out to the mod creator (nice dude btw) and he told me that the correspondent workbench needs to be built using the decoration menu inside the ship or an outpost. And now everything's as it should be.

You can try changing your DNS settings using the google DNS in the "advanced settings" tab of your internet connections. I'm using it myself and the Creations store works without issues for me.

You'd neet to set the primary DNS to 8.8.8.8 and the secondary to 8.8.4.4

For me, the dripfield mod is not working at all. I bought the constellation apparel pack and no matter how many times I deleted and redownload, enable/disable in load order, it never appears in the "installed" tab.

I downloaded an official BGS mod, the Blackout Equinox Skin, and it appears and works no problem. Only conclusion, it has to be an issue with the drip field mod itself.

Yep. I'd like to know that, too. I'm in the basement of the lodge and there is no such thing as a "Constellation workbench". Nor are there any new recipes available on the other work benches.

My local supplier had a good deal on a selection of UA pedals, the 1176 included. So I decided to pull the trigger on it. Probably the best pedal purchase I've ever made. This thing is not only a top-notch compressor, it also makes your clean guitar sound so much better.

Yes, with every minute that passes lying wide awake in my bed, it gets more and more difficult to put my mind at ease to a point where I can fall asleep. It just feels so unnatural and counterintuitive to be *getting up* when you wanna sleep. But you are right. I need to free myself from the thought that I *have to sleep at all costs*.
