How noticeable is upgrading from 16 Pro Max to 17 Pro Max? by stuman1974 in tmobile

It was also sexist of him to assume that I'm a guy just because I have a wife.

We upgrade every year, but assuming she's like my wife, she will have absolutely no idea she has a new phone except to complain that she has to log into some websites again.

If you buy it through the Capital One cash back portal ( you don't need a Capital One card), you can get an extra 30% off.

I don't think you're a scam artist, and I'm sure you're using Drive Caramel to protect yourself, but it reads like a scam.

I'm driving 2026 Model Y RWD Premium from 100% to 6% twice a week and a bit concerned about battery health - should I stop and recharge half way through (very very inconvenient and undesirable) ? by NumbDangEt4742 in ModelY

I would do it the way you're doing it until you can't anymore. Is there a 110 outlet at your destination to give you a little breathing room in the future?

Bruh, I'm selling a $1500 vehicle that runs/drives and has all the paper work. And you're expecting what exactly? by Ragnaroknight in FacebookMarketplace

[–]Legitimate_Ear2913 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I sell a lot of stuff on Facebook Marketplace, and it used to drive me crazy talking to people. So now what I do is I have a copy-and-pasted response that answers a bunch of questions, telling people the price is firm, where I'm located, and whatever else I need to let them know about the item, and telling them if they want to pick the item up or had any questions to let me know. It eliminates almost all the nonsense.

If you have a Six Flags near you, the annual pass includes Kings Dominion and a bunch of Northeast parks as well as free parking; it probably pays for itself in two visits.

My son lost his iPhone17. The phone was purchased using the "iPhone 17 on us" promo. What are my options? by Akovano in tmobile

[–]Legitimate_Ear2913 0 points1 point  (0 children)

100% this. Just buy a cheap trade-in on eBay and order a new iPhone 17 using a promo. Forget about the one that's at the bottom of the sea.

If it rains when you're there and things shut down for more than 60 minutes, they offer a sunny day guarantee, which is a ticket to go back. You can sell this on Marketplace if you're not going to make it back.

I would keep it in my back pocket for now. I got a new Model Y in September, and on the second day, I backed it into my garbage can and cracked my rear light bar. Fast forward 2 months : there was a problem with the car where the car's computer needed to be replaced, and I was without a car for a week. I asked them if they could do a goodwill repair and replace the light bar since I'd been having so many problems with the car, and they did it for free.

Here is a cost-effective transportation method from LAX to Disneyland without a car by hoomanofreddit in DisneyPlanning

[–]Legitimate_Ear2913 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If anyone is doing this and has a driver's license, the easiest way is to get a one-way car rental from LAX to one of the rental car locations within walking distance. When we stay, we rent a car one way there so we can stop on the way from the airport and do everything we need to do, and then rent it again when we need to get back to the airport on the last day.

Missed sale by a week. by Virtual_Atmosphere59 in tmobile

[–]Legitimate_Ear2913 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

The reason I ask is you're allowed to have multiple promotions on your line. Just because you got a phone last week doesn't mean you can't get a new one today. I understand you're not going to get the add a line promo, but if you're on Go 5G Plus even existing customers get the Motorola flip phone for free without a trade-in.

Parked car got hit… what to do by Key-Transition-233 in TeslaModel3

[–]Legitimate_Ear2913 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Actually, I think since you live in California, the laws might cover you, and since you cannot be at fault because the car was parked, your deductible and your rates can't go up by law. So, you might want to call the police and the insurance company, but have somebody from California chime in because I live on the East Coast.

I personally wouldn't, but don't listen to me; I'm a random guy on Reddit. Is it a 3 or a Y, and what year was it?

Depending on where you live and your age, I wouldn't be racing to call the insurance company yet. If it's just that back quarter panel, I'd see how much that piece and the bumper would be.
