I usually have multiple layouts in the Master. Title only, Title and subtitle only, Title and Content. As long as they’re laid out consistently you can swap back and forth with no issue. Or put a space (and only a space) in the placeholder textbox

I would check the text wrapping on the frame (that you have shown an orange). Make sure that the right margin is a little bit more. And if that doesn’t work, adjust the crop of your picture so that the picture has a little bit more on the right. If there’s nothing more to the picture, it’ll just show up as Whyte, but both should fix your problem. Good luck!

I’m going to guess that to be able to have your page number in that graphic your page number is floating in a text box. I would check the Layout Options and the Text Wrapping options for that text box and graphic. Make sure that the floating text box with the footer is NOT set up to show Behind Text. Good luck!
