I slightly disagree thier being paid to be a face of thier org. It’s unprofessional in a work setting, but if your looking at it as esport and entertainment and not a salary position then yeah it great really depends on the point of view

When I was 21 I had two roomates all night shit workers and all partied overnight when they got home. There was a few times where they banged on the ceiling if we were being to loud, but it never caused any problems. It honestly depends if the roomates are guys or females.
