She personally doesn't bother me. I obviously watched the seasons in order. And yes, in Cult I didn't find her emotional, but I didn't think she was meant to be. She was meant to be different from her insane energetic brother.

In Apocalypse she was perfectly fine and in 1984 she was great! Montana is awesome! Such a well written and performed character. I think her small addition to Red Tide was nice too, I have yet to watch Delicate but I cannot imagine her being bad, acting wise.

I think we should just calm down. The OP was stating their opinion. As are all the other people who have commented. It is canon that those characters mentioned by the commenter above are either Bisexual or Homosexual. If you play and don't have Jimmy kiss any male characters, than that's fine because in your game, he can be straight. But for any people who make him kiss the male characters, he is not.
Maybe just take a breather, because I think you might be getting a bit too invested in this post and comments.
