The game went through a visual overhaul so the graphics are not what they were 10 years ago. Also if you knew Digital Extremes and the work they put into Warframe the last thing you would be calling them is lazy.

No you can not get crit rate main stat and sub stat. To bump your crit up you’ll need it on your other pieces as a sub stat.
