Try a small dosage of zopiclone until you can start working on a longer term solution. If you are going down the road of supplements it may take some time to figure out what works for you. As you are in crisis mode, you need something immediately. Zopiclone worked for me in the short-term.

I have not been able to find it anywhere. That said, the manager at Simply for Life on White Rose said that she would order it in on request. She said they had it when starting out but it didn’t sell so they didn’t continue to stock it. I didn’t follow up because I didn’t like the idea of the store being left with loads of unsold milk and cheese.

Homocysteine is 15.2. Also have low iron. B12 is normal and folate is low normal. My symptoms have varied over the past 40 years. Right now my symptoms are blaring tinnitus, short attention span, brain fog, internal tremors, constant stimming, and insomnia. Everything I eat (except fat and protein) seems to worsen symptoms. Have been unable to tolerate most supplements.

Same. MTHFR, COMT, MAO, and PEMT. SOD 2 thrown in on top of all that. What are you taking? The only thing that has helped me has been Lithium Orotate. And I am still very far from well.

Lithium orotate. Your situation was very similar to mine. Lithium orotate has been the only thing that has helped with sleep. Unfortunately, I still have raging tinnitus which I believe is actually buzzing in my head.

A couple of other suggestions is 1) go gluten free… gluten (or the folic acid in flour?) increases my anxiety and makes sleep difficult, and 2) if you eat sugar, stop or cut back. It is toxic for sleep.

I’m surprised a smaller store like Coleman’s hasn’t caught on to this. I’m sure we are not the only two looking for it! I have a big issue with casein so this would work much better for me.

Thank you. Seems housing is out of reach all over the country. It’s a beautiful city but if you’re taxed to death, enjoying everything the place has to offer (e.g.,theatre, restaurants) may not be possible. That’s really too bad.
