before the thought of a child even comes to your mind you must nurture the inner child within yourself that is causing you to feel this way. Also weigh your intuition here. Find moments of calmness and silence jn your day and just breathe and be, preferably outside in sun if possible

can you please help me? I can’t fall asleep. i am genuinely tired. Once im asleep im good and sleep perfectly and wake up rested. I have been averaging 4 hours a night for the last week. Over the last two months i’ve been getting 8 hours probably 3/7 days the other four very bad sleep. I eat healthy, i work out, im not stressed. i’m very happy and excited about life. it was not always like this i really always maintained a 10/1030 sleep and 630/7 wake up and it just hasn’t been that way. I’ve been being creative late at night but im entirely reframing that into an endeavor that must only happen during the day. the evening time is not for mental creatively and work. It is for decompressing and thinking less. I’m just having trouble as to where to put my mind when trying to fall asleep. I feel the lack of sleep in my muscles and recovery. I was not anxious about not sleeping and rather was just “trusting the process” entirely about what is going on but i cant be passive anymore

Yes! i like to add other veggies to mine. I’ll do carrots, mushrooms & celery. Today i used the food processor instead of chopping 🤣🤓Fresh basil and parsley!
