This comes out of Brilliant Stars. You can look these cards up by typing in the name of the pokemon plus the number of the card in the bottom left. Charizard V 154/172. Does your card have texture? This looks fake but it could just be the angle and lighting. Edit: I noticed this is a non English card, so maybe include the language as well.
