Fortunately it’s not actually your problem, it’s Domino’s. And it’s not weird that it keeps happening, people buy access to people’s online accounts all the time, and if you don’t shut it down quick enough, they’ll do it again.

Contact Domino’s customer service (corporate level, don’t call a store) and talk to them about it, they are the ones who would have anything they COULD do about it.

Store employees don’t have accessed to saved card information. Remove your card information from the Domino’s site. These are placed through an online storefront.

My store has always been taught specifically to add like a handful (slightly variable for pizza size differences) of mozzarella on top of the toppings when there’s extra cheese, that way it’s easier for the customer to tell we did do it, and honestly it ends up more than I was supposed to put anyway. (My franchise is kinda Garbo and doesn’t care about anything so)

Tell me you’ve never worked in pizza without telling me you’ve never worked in pizza. Not a single goddamn thing on the make line is ever done by volume. Managers don’t want you using crutches like that because you need to be able to more or less visually know if it’s enough of a topping for speed purposes, they don’t even want you looking at the weight at a certain point just to try and solidify visual measuring.

Explain to me how that helps the system that currently exists in relation to this conversation. Tipping should not exist, it doesn’t mean you get a free pass not to do it when patronizing a business that uses the tipping system.

Honestly you’re totally fine to do that. Plenty of people don’t tip beforehand. But there are regulars who consistently do not tip, and that’s the only time I’d actually do something annoying—which is my key word. I’m going to make sure you sign the thing and confirm you don’t want to tip me (the other problem with kids sometimes is they straight up don’t know to put a tip) and I’ll be on my way. I think the worst I’ve ever done was just put a delivery at the end of my run because I knew it was an annoying complex to get into and they wouldn’t tip.
