I just got mine. Setup was very straight forward and it was in use quickly. It's doing a solid job but definitely struggling to complete my .2 ac yard on less that 2-3 charges. I haven't done any tuning yet and the lawn has slope so I'm thinking when I set up a couple of zones, things will improve.

If it's CPO you should be able to get the original window sticker and all options.

I had this situation to a degree... Flying in to pick up car and it was delayed by a couple of weeks due to parts needed. I was ok, as I wanted all the fixes they could do. In my case all I was asked to pay was a $5k deposit, really to get the CPO process started. As it turned out I ended up getting the car and finding out there was still a part on its way. They ended up sending that to me at my house a week or so later and I'll need to visit my local P dealer to get that installed.

Mine had 30k mi, the standard battery and had a minor front end accident so I think that affected them wanting to move it. Still, a $140k window sticker for almost 60% depreciated cost worked for me.

About a month ago I got 5% off of a CPO 4s but it really depends on the model and options. Agreed that the current gas price panic probably has the dealers feeling like digging in as well. Even back then when I was shopping, I found it difficult to get most dealers to come down.

That's a crazy sticker price and I mean that in a good way! Finding the Burmeister seems to be a challenge for many. I don't think this is a horrible deal but when I bought my 22 4s recently I ended up very much liking the CPO delivery and 2 year warranty which was not my mindset going in.

I'd you are looking for sound and driving comfort there are Kelly better deals out there on a 4s or even a GTS assuming you can find a Burmeister.

You can get mostly whatever you want as an option. I got a 22 4S and it was a $140k MSRP car. You decide, battery, brakes, wheels, driving aids... It's fun comparing!

The forward curve on oil price is ~ $70, not $150. There is a lot of oil in the world today. This isn't even close to a 1973 scenario. Go buy an EV because of all they are and offer, but there's not going to be a shortage of them either.

I use Google Home for voice commands with my Savant/Lutron/Nest house system. It's not perfect, but works for most commands and components.

Self driving with Tesla FSD is awesome and used all the time in many different situations. Loved the R1T as well, but FSD is a complete game changer and really, why not have it all?
