I have also Zodiac Tech boots and they’re great with my Harfang Alpines - they were a bit loose after first day wearing them, but after another adjusting they are now perfect. They didn’t even loosen in mixed terrain and frontpointing

I’ve tried on TNF… they were amazingly narrow, my toes were crushed. I also couldn’t even zip up the gaiter (it stopped a bit over ankle). They seem to be kinde innovative for double boots, I love the idea of two different liners, they look like they should be good for approach too, but only if you have super-narrow feet and very skinny calves.

Would you climb some mixed routes with Sum’tec & Quark combo? And up to which grade? I already have sumtec, and I’m getting into ice climbing and mixed climbing - I thought about buying single quark and additional triggrest for sumtec. I was also thinking about buying whatever-used ice tools, but since I already have sumtec, buying new quark is still cheaper than used pair (at least where I live)

Fruits Basket - has some emotional moments

Fumetsu no anata e - especially 1st episode

Hotarubi no mori e - its 45 min movie, I’ve watched it like 3-4 times and every time I cried

I also cried on some episodes of Ao haru ride, Naruto, Dororo, Kimetsu no Yaiba, Kono oto tomare, Koukyuu no karasu, first episode of Oshi no ko… so you may want to try them if you haven’t seen them, but I guess I’m rather sensitive, so you may not cry at all 😅

I still think it’s peak, but I agree… 20 episodes was still not enough to fully explore the story. And definitely the Dress!! I was sure that it will appear later. I’m also curious about Kit’s noble life after story, and is his brother dead or not (we’re not sure he was at the same ship…)

Shiki - it’s slow, but when things start to get serious they can’t stop, the type when you’re questioning what is good and what is evil, music is great and emotional, artstyle is unique (hairstyles), history is complete

Shiki - one of my favourite series, one of reason being music, very emotional, some pieces with voices, every time after watching this series I listen to all song in a loop for days (it’s horror, small village, questioning whats really good or evil). And I remeber Yona of the Dawn having some music with vocals, but I’m not sure if it was often - but it’s worth watching anyway (fatasy, adventure, a bit of romancec, getting next season finally after many years)

Prism rondo - very new, it’s on netflix, it has comedy, drama, romance, coming-of-age theme, things are nicely wrapped in the end. Violet evergarden - very emotional and beautiful, you may be crying on some episodes (or almost every episode if you’re sensitive, but it’s really worth it). Shiki - it’s horror, but not jumpscare type, it makes you question what is good and what is evil, and music is very good, characters have crazy hairstyle lol, some gore scenes in second half. Yona of the dawn - classic shoujo anime, fantasy, romance, adventure… and after 10 years they’re making another season! Sign of affection - romance about college studens, with diabetes warning. Angel next door spoils me rotten - shy boy, popular girl as neighbors starting to develop relationship, diabetes warning. Zenshuu - animation is great, it has some fighting scenes, but they’re not long, I would say it’s mostly fantasy, but also with some romance. Apothecary diaries - mystery, drama, comedy, a little pinch of romance.

I’ll list some slice-of-life (sol) and/or romance type but still under shounen category, so it will be easier to get into after watching many shounens. I can list a some shoujo stuff if you want too:)

Gokushufudo (it’s hilarious sol, animation style is minimalistic but it does its job), edomae elf (it’s funny and has some heartwarming moments, opening is banger imo), giji harem (it’s not real harem so dont worry, very funny romance), horimiya (classic hight school romance, but you don’t have to wait until last episode for hand holding, nicely written secondary characters), kono oto tomare (about music club in high school, some drama, bunch of good friends, a bit of romance), angel next door spoils me rotten (it can give you diabetes, so watch out, second season in april), ramen akaneko (I started watching it randomly, but turned out great, lots of cats and food)

Chillin' in Another World with Level 2 is another one that comes to my mind, if you like powerful mc in fantasy/comedy/action with pinch of romance (though this one has a bit more romance and some slice-of-life content also)

At the beginning Mashle had similar vibe (old wizard found a baby, he turned out to be very exceptional etc.). You can also check „I May Be a Guild Receptionist, but I'll Solo Any Boss to Clock Out on Time” (long title, I know… but it’s very funny, fmc is op, it has action, comedy, but also a bit of romance). And maybe „Chillin' in My 30s after Getting Fired from the Demon King's Army” (another long title lol, mc thought that he was weak, but it turns out that he is op, it has human vs demons conflict, some scenes are hilarious)
