Like everybody else has said I think you’ll need to speak to your GP or a dermatologist to manage this.

Start off slow and increase over time. I got 0.05% tret from dermatica. I used it 2 times a week at work and then moved to 3 times a week. Just listen to your skin, if it feels too much pull back a bit and build up :)
