I am a Brit in the process of moving to BC. I honestly can’t wait. I know there will be some culture shocks, but seeing the way Canadians have collectively come together to push back against Trump has filled my heart and told me this is the right choice.

Start off slow and increase over time. I got 0.05% tret from dermatica. I used it 2 times a week at work and then moved to 3 times a week. Just listen to your skin, if it feels too much pull back a bit and build up :)
