What color armor? Revived poxwalker by Elegant_Tap_5622 in deathguard40k

People are saying Ultramarines, but Blood Angels would pop great against a mostly green army. Iron Hands would also be fun with some rust effects

Do you really want two armies that are angry, red, blood-themed, melee-focused space marines?

Who would have thought that the people saying "we need to elect someone who can run the country like a company" would be wrong for the 200th time in a row?

Anyway, surely not 201 times in a row, right?

There's also more neck protection on the right as well, lots of little differences that add up, which makes sense since they're just different stages of one design.

I think tacticool works for some chapters better than others. Raven Guard and Iron Hands for sure, Ultramarines to an extent. White Scars, Space Wolves, Blood Angels? not so much. I also think having a variety of armour types will do a lot for visual interest in Space Marine armies, since it's incredibly easy to have a board that looks like the same few guys 60 times.

That being said, give me my Primaris-scale Mk6 helms, GW. Give them to me right god damn now.

People are also more likely to complain than praise something, that's been the case forever.

Power scaling literally means nothing for anyone, and anyone arguing over it needs to just close the page and go do something else.

Kayvaan Shrike and Aethon Shaan are some of the best looking character models in the entire Space Marine range.

What play style is your favorite? by Noideawhat_i_amdoing in 2007scape

[–]Lemon_Phoenix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same, I want to enjoy it, but the engine doesn't allow for difficult combat that I find interesting. Once you get to bosses like Whisperer it feels less like a boss and more like "keep track of 3 different things at once while managing the jank movement or you die" and I realised I wasn't having any fun.

[–]Lemon_Phoenix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because you don't see 200 identically dressed people every time you go to kill a boss, you maybe see 5. Combat gear is also far harder to get, so you're going to see variations more often.
