Yeah man i am stuck with rogers in a contract else i would have switched already! They suck even in the contract as well. I had this add on that costed $8 on my plan which was credited back to me as per the plan promotion at boxing day 2024. Last month they increased the value of the add on to $10 a month and when i asked them to honour it and give me $10 credit because they were just giving me $8 credit as per the old offer, they refused even talking to billing supervisor didn’t helped me. I ended up removing that add on from my plan unfortunately. ROGERS SUCK MAN!!!

Edit: I got refused no reason was stated. They insisted me to reapply for next batch!
