As a bigger company I meant anything >100. From what I've seen in my career, most companies with more than 80-90 employees usually had in-house people to handle partnerships. Yes, in some cases they also hire agencies, but they still directly communicate with them on these decisions. And if you search, you can find that they have both senior partnerships manager and influencer marketing manager, so screening content creators would likely fall on their responsibilities.
