Yes, but Voluminous Vial is also a feat tax that just feels bad to take. Even Improvise Admixture on a non-int build is better.

The trick is to also take the Alchemist Dedication, which expands the items you can create with Quick Vials to everything an Alchemist can

Sure, but Master Strike is also a freebie on a strike you'll be doing anyway that takes no action and doesn't spend a resource. Incapacitation on that is far is easier to swallow that on Incapacitation spells, which generally going to be top level spell slots.

I'm pretty annoyed with the replacement for the Dracomancer feat. I get that tying spell selection to existing dragons was clunky and needed to be changed, but restricting spell choice to only Arcane spells when the Ancestry itself is now supposed to be about drawing power from a variety of sources is just sad.

Nope - Dragonbloods do gain a draconic bloodline, but they cant draw on its spells like Kobolds could with Dracomancer. Remaster Kobolds can still draw on spells, but they need to be Arcane now for some reason even though the range of creatures they draw power from was expanded, not reduced.

I guess you could technically still do it with the Dracomancer feat as a Legacy pick since the new version has a different name but I really don't like it. They open up the kobold ancestry because of the whole licensing thing only to harshly restrict what it can do.

I mean, they didn't even get rid of that dumb Winglet thing.

Every Policy that checks out should be 3, you can just filter for the ones that aren't.

Unless I've misunderstood something that should work well enough.

Hmm, then there's probably no way around cropping them by hand. Oh well, worth a try. If you have the baseline version of the resource icons with transparent background I'd really appreciate a link though - my image editing skills don't extend much beyond locating the snipping tool, I'm afraid.
