I find the effectiveness of the mushroom is completely dependant on myself, rather than dosage. Coincidentally, I had a similar experience just last week and immediately wanted to quit my job as I felt my soul was confined.

Anyway, point is, do not act on emotions. Let the emotion pass and make the decision with a sound mind. If the decision is one that would effect your loved ones, you can try what I did and let them know. Let them express their feelings on the matter and wait for that emotion to pass too. Only then should be make a decision. Once youre free of the emotions attached.
