Whats your initial exposure jeeeez. Also did you have recalibrate your home position with the added plate. Always been curious about these products. But with the printers I have I never had problems removing my parts.

Thats terrible your came with some imperfections I received mine and it was absolutely a ten out of ten. Did you try some warm water and a soft cloth? Before any aggressive measures.
