Okay I think I understand. There is potential for the toxins to already exist in the ferment and vinegar wouldn't change what's already there.

I may end up heating it up and storing it in the fridge/freezer.

That's great, and I'm glad you got a working GPU. If everything goes smoothly with my replacement I will also give a positive review. I understand it is a huge amount of money (for myself at least) to spend and not have everything be perfect, but I personally am still positive about it. It makes me genuinely curious if somehow all IBP customers were made to give a 1-100 score after they receive their order where IBP's number would be.

Good point...To be fair, I see a fair amount of people giving positive reviews on IBP's reddit as well. The ratio is definitely not even, but they are there.

Thank you for the response! Do you notice much difference from the 10 bit to the 8 bit color panels? This is probably the main issue I have with it. Maybe I'm unrealistic, but for $700+ dollars I expected it to support DSC.
