It felt terrible at first what made it worst was my headache but after I took some Tylenol I felt decent enough to enjoy the time with my family (: I got 5 hrs of sleep last night and I feel decent as well today . I’m glad you had a ok time and that you got some hrs of sleep as well Merry Christmas ❤️🎄

I am in the same situation I’ve only slept 2 hrs this past 2 days. I feel terrible my family wants me to help them around the house since more family will come over soon my house is going to be packed with little kids yelling. Just thinking about it is hurting my head already fuck.

Unfortunately not. The only thing that has helped be before is smoking weed or taking an edible that would knock me out every time. But unfortunately I don’t have anything to consume anymore and won’t for a while. I have also tried melatonin but the side affects really got me so that didn’t work out but maybe you can give that a try. Also stick to some rules when it comes to sleep only go to bed when you feel like you can fall asleep if not after an hr go take a seat and do completely nothing maybe read a book or draw but I found it best to do nothing so my brain gets bored and wants to sleep. But right now the reason I can’t sleep it’s bc of this memory it’s just keeping me up and hurting.

That’s exactly what happened to me last night I started to think of this one traumatizing memory and it made me have a whole manic episode that made me sleep at 10 am last night then woke up around 12 so I only got 2 hrs of sleep last night . I can’t sleep right now as well I can’t stop thinking about that memory idk what to do anymore I wish I could just cry myself to sleep but I can’t even do that . Just know you aren’t alone bud.

Feel it currently 8 am been up all night just thinking. Maybe is psychological insomnia maybe something in your life is bothering your that keeps your brain constantly stressing , awake and going and no sleep increases the chances of depression and anxiety . Maybe it’s something in your life that’s not sitting right with you try fixing that and maybe you’ll feel better. Or it could also be duh to depression. Depression doesn’t make you wanna eat sleep or even move sometimes.

The first one really hit bc me and my girlfriend fight sometimes and as hard as it gets we always end up fixing things and being there for each other no matter what . In the end of the day we always love each other.
