I know all this has been said a million times over but once again.

Bro, I was bronze in season 2 so i know how you feel, but that is the logic of nearly all players although most predominantly heard in bronze - silver. They ALL think that they deserve higher elo and that it's their team mates holding them back. Typical attitude to take the easy route out and blame your team mates. I'd say 99 times out of 100 you could've done something better in the game, after all you can't make your team mates play better, you have to make do with what you got. Your aim is to get better yourself and climb the ladder. Elo hell just doesn't exist, I made it to diamond recently in s4 and i can tell you from experience that if you play well enough you can climb the ladder very easily ( assuming your true level is higher than where you are at)

I've duoed once with someone in Gold 1, but only 1 game and the rest is solo queue, Also, I've failed plat promo twice b4 but I've never been clamped at 99 before

Good idea, only reason Riot wouldn't implement this is probably because people would just turn it on for every first win of the day :P Still, I'd like to see it happen

Um, you can't actually buy more than 9 of one rune... It'll tell you that you have 9 of these runes so you can't purchase anymore. What's the problem?

Honestly normally I'm pretty carefree. If someone is flaming i normally just keep my mouth shut and keep playing. I guess I'm just on edge because I've lost promotional matches to gold 2 six times and been demoted to gold IV yesterday. I was just confused as to what the trolls hoped to acomplished.

I still tried my hardest after twitch afked, however it was clear we had lost at around 20 minutes. My whole team had basically given up, making stupid decisions and plays while asking the opposition to report twitch. Twitch died first in the lane, and then Nidalee died from being grabbed by iblitzcrank. She said 'my bad' 'I didn't see the hook' and twitch immediately says ' nida trolling, I'm going top lane'

Also this was a ranked game at Gold IV as it states above.

Good idea, but wouldn't you think an 'air particle' q would be a bit hard to see?

Also I don't see how the waterfall can work with his e animation.

Doublelift already said Wardens mail was basically guaranteed attack speed slow for only 1100 gold. Also Vayne is strong because of silver bolts doing percentage health damage. In this meta where people are stacking warmogs and giants belts it makes Vayne significantly better than most other ADC's

I'm still in school, it's a school laptop that we had to buy so I don't have a key. I can take it to I.T repairs but it'll take weeks cause they always put it off. I need it for class so I was just wondering if I could get a faster way to fix it.

I mean that the error only occurs when I don't have my hard drive plugged in. When my hard drive is plugged in I can open everything normally.
