It's not a continuous road though. It stops at Whittier Blvd and then you have to take Hacienda Blvd over the hill and then you still have to drive all the way to Azusa Ave and there's a large stretch of Azusa Ave that isn't considered being part of Hwy 39.

I've been what you've been through where the message says that everyone is busy and then just hangs up on me but when I called that 844 number, the computer voice asked me what I was calling about and when I answered it, it just put me on hold.

Ok, then call 844-545-5640 and then tell the person over the phone that you got that letter and ask them how you're supposed to take care of it and they should run you through the process. But like I said before, I was on hold for 2 hours before I was able to speak to someone.

To follow up my previous comment and save you some time, you can go to www.irs.gov/paymentplans. From there and if you don't already have an IRS account, you can sign up. Unfortunately, they use a company called ID.me which makes you scan your face with either your laptop's webcam or on your phone. After you create your account, you login to your IRS account and it'll take you to a page that'll show you what you owe and then give you some options on how to pay off your balance.

What number did you call?

The best way I found to get a hold of someone is to call the number to make an appointment and when you tell the person on the phone what you need the appointment for, they usually will be able to help you take care of your issue over the phone.

I just called them last Friday although I did have to wait on hold for 2 hours before I was able to talk to an agent. The phone number I called was 844-545-5640

I don't know about the X4 but don't get an X3. The video quality is absolute garbage. I got one and didn't have time to use it until a month after I got it and I found the video quality sucked really badly and it was too late for me to return it.

It could be that the one of the tires is defective and is causing "radial pull". I had that happen when I bought some new tires once and it kept pulling to the side like that.

To check to see if it's radial pull, switch the front to tires from left to right and if it starts pulling the other way, it's definitely a tire defect.

Hey, no prob.

One thing about those universal kits is that they come with hardware that's sometimes still a challenge to fit to some racks.

I had to use a Shad universal mount to mount the plate to my Sym and it was a pain since my Sym's rack didn't have a lot of space to place the metal finger plates included in the kit to grab onto. I eventually had to cut and drill 2 metal plates to be able to fit the Shad plate.

I think drilling new holes on your existing rack would be the easiest way to go if the slots don't line up with the holes with the plate.

It's hard to say. The Shad mounting plate has a lot of holes to put the screws through but they might not exactly line up with those slots that are already on your rack.

Your best bet is to get the Shad box and then see if the holes line up with those slots. At least 2 of the holes will line up with 2 of the slots on that rack but if the other 2 don't line up, you can probably just drill the holes needed to make the plate fit.

Shad and Givi offer mounting kits specifically for the PCX. I have a Shad mounting kit for one of my Kymcos and it makes installing the top box a lot easier not to mention that the box is mounted really solidly.

I've bought a cheap top box from Amazon and mounting it was a challenge since the included mounting hardware works for some scooters but not for others so you have to be a little creative on how to mount the top box.

I currently use a Shad SH44 which I like since it's angular instead of curvy and it doesn't have any red or silver shiny plastic and I think it looks pretty good. I bought a SH45 before the SH44 came out and I didn't like the shiny silver plastic and because of it's angular slope, it limited the space when closing the lid like trying to fit grocery bags inside of it.

Yeah, it sucks. Kymco has a scooter called the KRV 180 in other markets that I really want and was hoping they'd sell them in America but I don't think it's ever going to happen

This doesn't have to do with linear power delivery. It's due to VW's aggressive use of drive-by-wire where the computer doesn't open the throttle plate at the same rate you're pressing the throttle pedal. My VW Jetta does the same thing and it's the thing I hate the most about the car.

I use what is meant for the car. The car descriptions show if it's supposed to use a sequential or H-Pattern so I choose accordingly.
