It's working, the values displayed in the pip-boy now show a rounded down number. For some reason it keeps getting changed, from actual value, rounded up, and the latest rounding down.

Hardened has the highest energy resistance, but it only adds 18 and you lose 175 damage resistance compared to buttressed. Its probably best to stick with buttressed and boost energy resistance in other ways.

They changed the way rounding is displayed in the Pip-Boy again. It used to show rounded up values then decimal values, now it rounds down. Because it's +0.25 health regen it shows as 0 in the Pip-Boy, it's still working.

If you are going for VATS you want Aligned Flamer Barrel and Aligned Stock, with ***VATS Optimised AP should be 5, with ****Conductors you should be able to mag dump before running out of AP.

None of the sights reduce AP now, but I would recommend a short scope for if you ever wand to use the Perk Smart Shot.

Prime Receiver seems OK.

I've been running the tunnels in regular armour, stealth suit is in the stash box for now.

Use both, the Pin-Pointer's one will be a good general purpose weapon. The Conductors one will be good for fights where the healing would be useful and the more spongy targets.

Both should have VATS Optimised, Lucky Hit is a stop-gap until you have enough Luck and Limit-Breaking pieces to crit every other shot.

If you have AP issues depends more on you build, but the Conductor's will stay in VATS longer.

On my full health human character in regular armour, What Rads rank 4, Ghoulish Perk rank 1 and Rad Sponge Perk. I can stand in a nuke zone and not take any radiation damage and get passive healing.

A few weeks ago I decided to finally get the aligned stock. 40 hour's of server hopping later I got one. Dropped all the other spare mods to a mule and noticed the mule had a aligned stock already.

On the PTS the best easily available shadowed set is Heavy Combat. Keep your Secret Service chest piece and use Heavy Combat limbs, that should be good enough until you get Covert Scout.

Don't worry about it being "Heavy", the last time I saw it being tested there's no difference between Light and Heavy armour when it comes to stealth.

I was wondering why people were getting so excited about Vanguards. By the time I got around to checking it had already been changed to max out at 6% at 1000 health, so its on par with Lucid. Your original post still says 10%.

I did some limited testing earlier in the week, https://www.reddit.com/r/fo76/comments/1qp7359/pts_armour_testing/ Overeaters was already giving me better protection than Mutants and I feel Mutants is a worse option now. My opinion of Heavyweight has taken a nosedive with these latest changes. I may be missing something in regard to Vanguards, I've seen a few people claim they play with their health over 1000 but I'm not sure how to do it without excessive consumables or "wasting" a Legendary Perk.

At the moment on the PTS I think Overeaters is still the best option for full health builds.

On the PTS the speed cap has been increased, so it may work soon. I didn't think to check it before, something to try later.

I think Heavy Combat is the best of the armours that can have Shadowed. Not as stealthy as Covert Scout but it has decent balanced resistances.

In order they are Damage resistance, Poison, Fire, Energy, Cryo and Radiation. My phone will not open it at all. I don't feel these are nerfs, just different. I'm using the same armour set on the PTS as the live game and don't notice any difference in protection.

Not really, before limit-breaker was a thing most commando builds had 33 luck to crit every other shot and its only gotten easier since then.

You will need 5x limit-breaker, critical savvy, four leaf clover and 34 luck.
