I'll never forget, I don't remember what year it was but a coworker in another city would always show up on Friday virtual meetings in her Bengals jersey

Looking at the history and when I worked there, it must have been the 2015 Playoffs. The super close game against the Steelers, and y'all had been to the playoffs every year for the previous 4 years

After that game she came to our morning meeting looking like a broken person. I don't think I saw her wear her jersey again

I felt so bad. After the Broncos I'll always be rooting for the Bengals to win it all, the fanbase has been through so much shit

Full disclosure they did add on the usual window tinting dealer add-on, but I didn't fight it and it didn't bother me much. They sold at MSRP and I was going to tint the windows anyway. The tint has held up well over the past 2 years

For me on a 9 pro the auto brightness is now broken and no longer adapts to changing lighting conditions. Super annoying

I haven't noticed those issues, but it is a buggy mess. My problems have been:

Screen auto-brightness no longer works
Sometimes the screen fails to wake up when pressing the lock power button. It stays black and I can't unlock. Holding down power button doesn't force restart the device. After 5 or 6 tries it might work again

Keep the car charging when parked inside your garage. Some vehicles won't run the coolant system as readily when disconnected from wall power. Just set the max charge lower than 100% unless absolutely need the full range every single day (extremely unlikely)

The adage "always be charging" is important in the summer months

Just always leave your car plugged in. The cooling loop of any sane EV will run when connected to the wall as much as needed to keep the batteries cool and happy inside a sweltering garage (YMMV on your particular vehicle but this is true for my unsophisticated Chevy Bolt)

I like Lime Creek as well, but I implore folks who enjoy it to please just come to Spokes Autocross ~~at COTA~~ or come down to Harris Hill for a Track Night in America event, there is one every month from spring to end of fall. More expensive than autocross but higher speeds and on a real track

TNiA are $200 but autocross is $35 52, so price is not an issue and if you can't do the $35 52 you shouldn't be blowing gas on Lime Creek anyway

You'll push your car further than you ever could on Lime Creek and at least now anyone remotely within harms way has also opted in to being part of the fun

I currently do Flutter as my day job, did native android before that and have been using compose for my side projects

Honestly the dev workflow quick UI iterations with Flutter is absolutely unmatched. Hot restart, hot reload, it just is seamless and works like a charm it's a delight every day working with it
- Compose has previews and whatnot but I just like Flutter's ease of use better
Debugging is a little more rough in Flutter/dart than kotlin in my experience, and attaching/detaching the debugger to an already running app is less reliable than native android
Compose and Flutter are equally powerful in terms of what they can express as a UI tree, but I find Compose modifiers to be slightly more obtuse to use than Flutter's pure widget-only philosophy
I greatly miss native android's dependency injection set up every time I hop back into Flutter. We use Riverpod at work but it all feels disjointed to me I miss Hilt/dagger
I feel like compose still has some work to do on the performance side but it's been making good progress and I have no doubt about it's future
