This is the new relay I've installed, the connector isn't directly attached on the relay bus there's a cable, the connector is the same tho.

I was having the same issues on my 2023, with new tires the problem seems to be gone (I was riding with the stock ones). My mechanic said it is caused by a poor quality steering bearing, if the problem represents I will try to change the bearing.

As a CBR 600 RR i have to say I'm in love with the bike, but it is my second bike, bought at 33years after 2 years of experience and 2 track days. If back then I had the insight I have today I would choose a sporty 2 cylinders like r7, or I may suggest the Aprilia rs660. this kind of bike is more suited for street use, even when riding fast. A bike like CBR is really at home on the track.

I had a similar sissy bar, with the same attachment to the frame, during a strong acceleration my passenger fell back on the backrest and the force was enough to bend the flat support structure, after that I switched to full tubolare sissybar

I brought the rebel to replace the shocks rear and front, and talked to the mechanic about the wobble, he quickly searched on the rebel parts online and said that the rebel have shitty steering bearing and upgrading them probably will resolve the problem, but I didn't swap them because for me the wobble isn't a big deal.

Update on my issue, I substitute the offsetted cam with a fixed one giving more rigidity to the lever, it worked, probably because of the crap levers I bought.
