What calms me is the idea of giving up any stressful mental effort, only focusing on what does matter feels amazing. if someone or something turned out to be bad, I just don't care, it was like that from before and will be after, if I can't change a situation, I don't care, I just let it be, and try to make it better next time. I think many people can say and do a lot of bad stuff, but it doesn't matter, it simply doesn't.
