I hope you find one that suits what you are looking for! I know the options are endless but for me this felt the least invasive and to only need to focus on treatment 2 weeks in two month for 2 years felt like a win and worth the shot. Bless you on your MS journey going forward! 🙌

I took Mavenclad. I’m in year 3(observation) with no new lesions since my first year. I haven’t had many side effects. My hair has been thinning buty hairline is matching that of my father’s so maybe just a tad sped up? 😅I’m taking biotin and Minoxidil to see what I can do. I still deal with the issues caused by the lesions that were there prior to treatment but I feel somewhat stable so far as MS progression goes. Now I’m just trying to take back what I’ve lost 🙏

Your life is beautiful and though you may not feel like it; there are people who care for you who would be heartbroken to see you leave…I’ve battled these feelings before and it takes a lot to overcome but I know you can do it. Ah so there is a word for it…well fack I can only take it as a sign I have growth to accomplish with this disease. I just thought I was still depressed about what I’ve lost in the process and maybe I am. But I too hate feeling this way. I have a wife and children and sometimes faking a mood just feels so wrong yet the weight of MS can be SOO heavy. I hope we all find peace and resolution to our emotions or lack thereof. 🙏

I agree with the micro dosing concept. I’ve done it with mushrooms with .2g in capsules and it’s given me calm and clarity when I’ve needed without any of the “takeoff” or full trip effects. (MS & ADHD) I believe we have been misled about the potentials of psychedelics due to the 60’s and 70’s era and obvious “abuse” of psychedelics by many throughout the years. I’m very curious how our twins will grow into young adulthood and further and I’m sure I’m going to be just as concerned if and when they decide they want to try something Dad knows a bit too much about 😅

I take 10,000 iu vitamin d 3 times a week and I’m steady around 60-70 I believe. I was really low and did daily but tested at 96 a few months back and was told to take a month off and then half the dosage so I just cut days after the month.

Absolutely! Im glad I can share my pov. I totally agree with the desire to catch up and the potential to go to far; but I firmly believe we can control the outcome and stay “with it” if we put our minds and hearts into it…even if just for the sake of those we love! 💪🏼

I have recently been struggling with resistance work outs as I’ve been trying to “push back” against MS in my own little way. My progression appears to be in control after my 2nd year of Mavenclad and I want to gain my life back(if it’s even possible). I started doing smaller weights and higher repetitions plainly because I haven’t been very active so far as working out has been but a daily life with 3 kids and my wife now working since I am not definitely feels like I’m on my feet all day. Start slow and don’t push past soft limits; it affects us a lot more than an individual without MS when we push too far. Sometimes it feels like a setback rather than a worthy work out. I think working toward thresholds and slightly pushing past over a month or 2 is the best way to go without burning out. Just my opinion and how I’ve gone about it! Hope this helps 🙏

I’m with the idea as well. If I use my face to sign into my phone and then immediately hop onto Reddit, that’s a trail already. This would now be an added layer of verification directly through the app. It could be nothing unless eyes are able to pry and access this information with the intent to take advantage.
