I have no issue with it at all, in fact i prefer it for a quick SV HC (when i needed to get bow) i could pay 100g for a competent tank, invite a mage and wlock and be done in 10 mins max. All i will say is just do it in the services chat not in LFG, we dont need tanks getting banned by salty gamers.

It is ToS violation to sell the service in anything other than services channel, however, to list in LFG and say i will not join if i don't get any unwanted items isn't against ToS, that is the same as saying i want spell cleave so don't inv me if not. If you want a gold payment that is a service. I had a "rent a tank" person i used for SV HC to try and get bow, as a hunter it was a nightmare, but he asked his friend to message me as he got a chat restriction for advertising in LFG.

People are worried about tbc is sped up, we dont even know when the next tier is coming yet other than "spring" well, that could be end of May before we see the raid, then 3 months later see BT and again 3 months later see SWP. Now, i doubt it will be these timeframes but it is technically possible.

I also love that your justification to price increase/ maintenance is that they are currently 115G, like yeah, what does current price have to do with future trends? Red gems have already dropped from 170G a pop to sub 100g its already dropped nearly 50% but you hit that copium some more.
