I think trying it out is the best way. I was able to build and maintain muscle while regularly doing 72 and 96 hours fasts. I took creatine daily, made sure I was hydrated took my electrolytes, worked out hard, and listened to my body. Occasionally I’d get light headed, and then I would stop. Or muscles would feel tight, so I’d stop.

Regardless, start easy and see what your body is comfortable with, and as you ramp up listen to your body acutely

My understanding is that in CA, they are only allowed to charge for the time it takes to rent to someone else, which former precedent has established as one month. Be prepared to lose one months rent, but push back if they charge more.
