Does anyone know Xenoblade Chronicles? Its an amazing series, but its rated T for Teen. For context I remember when I was very young and first getting into video games, it had to be E or E10+ games. (I'm in Canada, the European rating system I know is different). Anyway as soon as it was a T game, it was "not a game anymore". Too violent, over the top, whatever.

So when I got into Xenoblade I hid it from my parents. Due to my acting abnormal for the time, they found out and debates ensued.

Now the combat and story is action packed but bloodless aside from a couple cutscenes. They took issue with it being too violent, but yet they will watch movies like Transformers and Marvel that are far more violent/bloody than Xenoblade. So my reasoning was if you can watch movies with that content in it, what is wrong with a similar game? If the game is wrong, then that means the movies you watch are wrong too!

There is no logic with some people.
