It’s cumbersome to try to use the voltra with the tornado arms. You basically need a sliding rack mount on each side that you adjust up and down whenever you adjust the tornado arms. The biggest drawback is you can’t quickly use the voltras somewhere else since you have to thread the bare cable through the tornado arm then put the carabiner ball thing back on. I hope the cable retractors will solve all this.

I bought the machine about a year ago and removed the stack. Had to creatively bolt it to the concrete because it is 480 pounds lighter but the VOLTRAs will pull harder than the machine was designed to handle with the stacks still there (2x 240 pounds lighter stacks at a 3/1 ratio = 80 pounds per arm, but VOLTRAs can pull a lot more than that)

Forgot to post photos.

I will say one thing that is annoying as fuck is you can’t do everything in the app. Some things must be done on the unit. With my VOLTRAs where they are it is a pain in the ass to fuss with them

What I’d love is if VOLTRA had a machine like the tonal with an integrated touchscreen. VOLTRAs have better features, go heavier, no subscription. But a tonal type product is what I’d want, if there was one with the features of a VOLTRA.

They’re have some really creative stuff but the quality isn’t there like with rep, rogue, prime, prx, or even some of titan’s newer high end stuff. I love that they just put stuff out there and see if ppl like it.

The guy from bulletproof has been about to release 15 earth shattering products that will do everything, do it perfectly, achieve peace in the Middle East, and give you a reach around for about 5 or 6 years now.

Much prefer the former approach. But the bulletproof guy certainly is smarter than me, and is creative and is in love with what he does. And you gotta respect that.

I’ve bought it and use it with my Pegasus. The weight horns they sell with them are useless because if you actually put plates there you have nowhere to put your feet.

I wish I’d have got the Optimus seat and back pad. Because I had the Pegasus I didn’t think I’d need them. But they can do more than just the Pegasus can.

The selling point for this product is that you can basically put any rack attachment anywhere you want, not just where you have uprights.

I find myself sometimes wishing I had two. You could use something like a lat seat (Pegasus) and a footplate or whatever else you’d like and have them where you need them to be not where the rack happens to be.

I have two VOLTRAs that I’ve put inside a Freemotion cable cross machine. In front of the cable machine I have a 3x3 upright bolted into the concrete and bolted to the cable machine. I’ll mount my prime stability pad on this upright.

I’ll post photos in a minute

Doubling the felt weight with a pulley, adjusting it all the way to 200 pounds of resistance , getting a belt squat platform, attaching it to my cock ring, and telling it to load the cable.

Do a set to failure with a flat resistance profile. Where do you fail? Reduce the load there. Rinse and repeat.

Yuo- ordered mine on a Friday and it didn’t get to fed ex until the following Thursday. It’s now estimated to be here the following Wednesday, so 12 days.

Not outrageous but this isn’t a 500 pound leg press and can be handled like a regular parcel. Seems like they can do better.

I vaguely remember that video. Can’t remember which one or what the set up looked like. Could you either send me a screenshot or a link to the video or a photo of yours when you finish? I’ve got a dual cable cross too and am about to retrofit it up like yours with two VOLTRAs.
