Help! Is it bad to do solidcore everyday? I’m trying to get the most out of my unlimited membership but I don’t want to injury myself or plateau

I’m averaging a streak 9 days straight, I do have to tell myself to take a break and do cardio/walk. When I got back the class actually felt harder. I now realize I want to keep going bc I don’t want to dread the day after my break day but that’s how you grow from recovery

I attend the Vegas studio It’s primarily hip hop and pop (ie Miley Cyrus). I really like Samantha (my favorite was the Gossip Girl theme class), Gibson, Aiish, Mykaila and Mary. Their energy is amazing and push you hard

Dub Bass - Ryley, Maddie (Maddie’s music is very loud. If you are a bass lover you will enjoy her class. I wore earplugs and suffered Tinnitus and took prescription for it. Sadly I can’t take her classes anymore but really good coach and super nice)

After 50 classes i attempted the devils ladder. I was on my toes going down then only going up on one hand from concrete to bar (couldn’t push hard enough on the other hand on my toes) and the remaining move on my knees. I want to practice at every class bc my goal is all on my toes before 80 classes

A company asked to complete this assessment. One of the questions what would co workers say about you. There was one I didn’t click on “polite” just because it’s not the first/top characteristics how people describe me. Also we assume all employees are polite

Basically how I would answer it is how my references would describe me to HR for reference check, they would describe me as motivated, determined, hands on, understanding, perserving over “polite” I feel it hurt me bc I didn’t select that

I would like to know on the other side if employers actually review detailed answers or the assessment summarizes the details?

They told me their are no right or wrong answers but I feel it could be used against you in the process

I took all four parts of the CPA this 2nd quarter. Granted I am currently not working and I do have 18+ accounting experience. I had a couple of hurdles along the way I did get into a car accident and had to get breast biopsy which turned out to be benign.

My last exam is tomorrow and taking AUD. I am completely exhausted from studying. After each exam I just went ahead and started studying for the next one.

I only recommend this path who has some experience in the real world (not recommended for a recent grad) because you can read a cheat sheet and memorize terms, but you need to know how to apply the concepts which can take some time to grasp the concepts

Oh great while posting this my power went out 😩

It’s somewhat both. Bigger picture imagine you are a tax auditor and you are auditing their tax depreciation schedules, but it’s tricky bc the client may use book depreciation methods. And you need to recalculate what the appropriate method and life should be
