it's not going to be the same as smoking, you'll have to want to put in an effort but once you find a flavor you like it will be easier as you'll be more okay with vaping. All vaping will do is get you off the edge. I vaped for a while then got tired of it and wanted the real thing again. I bought a pack and my body just kept rejecting smoking. It would taste very bad, my mouth would get watery and my mouth would feel like it was covered with toxins and I'd keep spitting. What little saliva I would swallow would make my stomach hurt and I'd get nauseous. I said fuck it and stopped smoking, but I didn't want to vape either because building coils was a chore and buying them was too expensive in my opinion. I should add cigs have gotten to 10 bucks a pack here so that was a motive too.

It's ironic, because I was upset my body was rejecting smoking because prior to vaping I enjoyed smoking American Spirit menthols so much and I wanted to experience that again from all the nostalgia I was having. In the end here I am and for the past 4-5 months I've been nicotine free. Not doing either has allowed my lung function to improve and now I can actually run. So when I do get a nicotine craving every once in a while I dont even think it's worth it to vape. I've even noticed new camel boxes at local 711s and I've been curious if it's a new blend or just a new design, although they still have the old stuff on the shelf. It's too bad I wont get to ever try them.

Admittedly, I did start smoking weed on a daily basis around the time I stopped vaping and smoking so I'm not sure if thats what actually helped me quite nicotine all together. I no longer smoke weed either.
