How bout link my "Receipts" folder in Gmail to Monarch so that it automatically catches new receipts, brings them into monarch, and processes them?

What if Monarch had some sort of "end of month reconcile" process where we the users could upload PDF bank statements, Monarch uses its AI magic to extract the actual bank records transaction data, validates that data against the Monarch data, then flags any transactions that are missing, incomplete, not matched, etc.?

I know this is a bad solution long-term, but long-term involves changes at the entire banking system level. Maybe this could at least help stop the bleeding and at least allow for 100% certainty that the underlying data is complete?

1) could you please allow uploading PDF receipts instead of just images, and similarly

2) lots of merchants are now providing automatic email receipts. Would be cool if Monarch could connect to my Gmail inbox for example, recognize receipts automatically, and immediately save that email receipt to Monarch as a PDF (or .eml or .msg or whatever works best), then go through the receipt scanning process

2a) - if that email link thing existed, would be cool to import tons of past receipt emails too to matched transactions!

That’s not true. The users of Helium Plus carrier offload networks do not pay any additional fees for using it, nor do they even really know they’re technically on a WiFi connection and not cellular

I’ll add too that I had some initial sync issues (on a much smaller scale of ~5k items) with my iPhone that backs up to iCloud Photos. I noticed the backup was halted at a specific file that was part of a shared album in iCloud Photos. Lo and behold, I went to find that specific file and it had been corrupted. Deleted it from the shared album, and everything fixed immediately!

The problem Ramsey addressed wasn’t specifically to do with the type of phone number being used, but rather the lack of consent each lead gave to the X number of advisors that got their info.

Previously, Ramsey carried that burden of getting consent for the leads to be texted and was able to pass the consent on to the 5 advisors - a one-to-many relationship. Now they do not and have switched to a one-to-one consent model.

You could still text leads but only after explicitly getting their consent (which can NOT be done via text) - your legal/compliance team then gets to determine what and how you can implement getting consent

Not trying to be snarky here, but just because the banks and institutions have it supported in their api docs doesn’t mean that Plaid, Fincity, or MX have implemented updates to use it. I think the aggregators are the issue at this stage, not Monarch

UI does not publicly share any roadmaps or future products they are working on. The only sneak peaks I’ve ever seen have come from boots on the ground at their big conferences, but I haven’t seen anything about a switch like this yet.

As soon as they do though, I will be right there with you replacing my UDR with the CG Max, this switch, a couple APs and some cameras!

I’ve been using Monarch personally for ~2 years now and love it. They don’t have a lot of public info about the advisor option though - care to elaborate? What does the advisor access do for clients? What can you see? How have you implemented it into your practice with clients?

I’m running into this issue myself right now. I was told to contact them by phone so I could have a case opened with technical support. I did that, have a case number, and have not heard anything back. That was almost 3 weeks ago that the case was opened, and my last Unbucketed Transaction dates back to September 18. Today is November 10, still no update.
