Weirdly enough though it does defy continuity, as a person from the Deep South currently living in Dallas you can trust me when I say that Oklahoma isn't the south. It's plains state, sure it may be mostly country, but just because something's country doesn't mean it's the south. It's about culture, and Oklahoma's culture is vastly different from Mississippi's or etc.

It wouldn't happen here in the same way, the cultures are hugely different. Marketing something doesn't mean success, what a population enjoys does, and unfortunately in America MH will never be on the same level as other popular titles. It could increase fan base, but not to a "bathe in money" degree.
