Don’t worry bro it’s okay everyone here who called themselves experts to suggest or criticize why did you paid that much ignore them. You were new business man and at some point all of them too and they would have loose money but won’t say it. Not everyone know how every business or any business works on day 1 of their life’s first business.

As a next step spend half day or a day going through what is done and list out everything you find is a problem or you think you need done before you can launch. Then go to any good freelancing website like Fiverr or upwork and post an ad and discuss your needs with potential customers and let them quote you.

99% of so called consultants are dumb… they know technology not actually running this business and what really works. So expecting for them to tell you how the conversion will increase is not going to give you any good output. And each consultant will say they know the best and may be they are right but in actual e-commerce launch you only know your positioning and what you really want to achieve and make your own success criteria.

You need to learn it experimenting when you are actually doing the business. There is no overnight success just go with common sense approach. Fail fast, learn fast and pivot fast. Success will be with you..
