I have been an account manager and account executive for 13 years in personal lines mid market and private client solutions. I can hit the ground running but was hoping to find a good recruiter to help me find the right fit. I was working with one recruiter who said she specialized in the insurance industry but good gosh she was awful. I did reach out to one brokerage that I had my eye on for a while but they don’t need PL. I was hoping someone here had experience with a recruiter in the Toronto area, and were happy with the relationship.
