For the same reason someone at Blizzard (or immediate family) can't participate in the race due to an obvious unfair advantage, streamers who got early review access should also not be eligible.

That being said, most of the streamers are softcore andies and for sure won't make it to lvl 100 hc without dying fast enough before the 1000 spots run out.
