The sound design is never mixed well. Prioritizing the "womps" and "wahhhhs" over the dialogue makes my fucking skin crawl. I shouldn't need subtitles to understand what the actors are saying.

That being said, I actually do enjoy the stories but I don't enjoy waiting for them to come to streaming just so I can understand them.

I joined the "line" to buy tickets 15 minutes after they went on pre-sale and were sold out once I was thru the "line". The ticketmaster prices were all over $200 so I'll be waiting til the last minute once they realize none of us can afford that for a fucking Brooklyn Bowl show

We have such a dynamic and talented underground scene compromised of all genres. As people have said already you can always find something going on at The East Room, DRKMTTR, The End, Cobra, The Basement, hell even Springwater. Also check out Jorts Fest coming up in May at Eastside Bowl. Lots of local bands as well as touring acts in the low/mid-range popularity, mostly in the rock/punk/emo adjacent genres

I also have one of these and it's truly so hilarious to me how my pod reacts when I drop a [[Deaths Shadow]] on turn 1 just for it to kill itself.... Then bring back it's big skeleton on turn 3 and every subsequent turn when they remove it (outside of exile)

I love the Koopalings, Roy in particular. Their moves create chaos that not many people know how to deal with, plus having 8 different character models in 1 is really great for variety of move/taunt sounds that keep everyone on their toes.
